I do this every Saturday morning at 9am Pacific Time (I am in Los Angeles, CA) if you feel inclined to participate at the same time. I will often work on it throughout the week, sometimes I am guided to stay with a topic for weeks, so I'll do a couple a week. Sometimes I have one that I don't share, but I choose to do it also.

You may like to work alone or plan a weekly get together with your friends and send your Love & Light to the weekly topic together. It's fun to share your experience as each person's is different. It's a great exercise for recognizing your extrasensory perception, which like a muscle, gets stronger with use. You can also use that time to do healing on each other or play some fun manifesting games. Enjoy it.

Sometimes the topic may cause people to feel like there should be an expected outcome. It is not an effort to sway the events, as that is not for us to decide. This is a time for us to offer healing so that what is in the highest and best order will have a greater opportunity to transpire. For example, if there is a civil war in an area, we do not send light with the intention that group A will win. We send Light so that 'what is for the highest and best will come about with grace and ease.' When you send pure unconditional Love without restrictions, you provide Source with an opportunity to unfold unimagined resolution through you. When we work together as a group our Light is magnified exponentially. It is a positive way to help heal our Earth and all the beautiful people and animals and plants and resources upon it. It may not be the only step you take, we must always stand for what we believe in. Some have a talent for politics, some a talent for fundraising, some a talent for organization, some a talent for networking. This is a beautiful compliment to any other steps you feel drawn to take to assist the ascension of the planet. It's also a wonderful opportunity to view a difficult situation through the eyes of Love. It changes you.

The Weekly LightBlast is an opportunity to participate with other healers in sending healing Love and Light to a cause that needs it. It is updated Friday of every week. Each week we decide on a topic that needs our assistance and send healing frequencies without any agenda as to the outcome.

This week's topic is: WATER This week we are asked to focus our Living Loving Light upon water. I’m sure most of you have heard of Dr. Emoto’s amazing work with water, showing that the crystalline structure of water changes when Love is focused upon it. What a beautiful example of what Love does. Our bodies are mostly water, therefore, you have a physical example of what Love does to the crystalline structure of our own physical make-up. Many years ago I was activating my water and it was taking longer than usual. Then I began to interact with a very ancient feeling energy, the energy of water. What I was told was that water interacts with us and is part of us because it contains Living God Force that we need. This is why it refreshes - it is maintaining, amplifying and reminding us of our God Beingness. This week as we sit to Blast water with our gracious Love, we are repairing crystalline structure, we are amplifying Love Force, we are touching all water that touches all beings. Imagine that people you don’t even know are drinking, cooking, bathing and joyfully swimming in water that is pulsing with stronger God Force due to your focused Love. What a beautiful gift water is, and what a powerful force Love is. There is no end to the amount of change that is possible when people everywhere are ingesting more Love than ever before. Blast on!

For those of you that may not be familiar with sending your "Love & Light," it's like a prayer. There is no specific way it should be done. You can do it so many ways, YOUR PURE INTENTION OF LOVE IS THE ONLY IMPORTANT FACTOR. Some different ways to do it: State a prayer silently or aloud: "Source, Creator of All That Is, Mother/Father/God, Universal Love, Gaia, Jesus, Allah, Buddah...however you like to pray...I ask that Your Love envelope (Insert topic here) for the highest and best good for all of Earth and beyond. Thank you. And so it is." Then sit quietly and feel the Love. You may see things, feel things, know things, or just hear the silence. The important thing is your intention of sending Love. If you are visual (whether psychic or not) you can imagine a tiny version of the topic (or a giant you!) between your hands(just like that amazing picture from Daniel B. Holeman at the top of the page). From your hands comes that Love & Light of Source that envelopes the topic of the week. Visualize it surrounded in the white Light shooting from your hands.
